1. Service Agreement
By booking our security system services—whether for installation, maintenance, or system upgrades—you agree to these terms. Our services operate in compliance with relevant UK security industry standards and data protection regulations.
We provide professional security system installation and maintenance services through qualified technicians across England.
2. Service Scope and Technical Standards
Our services include security system design, CCTV installation, equipment configuration, maintenance services, and system troubleshooting. We focus on providing quality installation services using professional techniques and equipment suitable for different property types and security requirements.
While we perform services to professional standards, system performance can be influenced by property characteristics, existing infrastructure, and equipment compatibility. We provide realistic assessments based on thorough property evaluation.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful service outcomes, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate property information and access requirements
- Disclose any existing security systems or infrastructure limitations
- Ensure safe access to installation areas and necessary utilities
- Obtain any required permissions for installation work
- Secure pets and clear installation areas before service visits
- Follow system operation advice and maintenance recommendations

4. Property Access and Installation Requirements
Clients must provide safe access to the property and ensure installation areas are prepared for our technicians. Properties with security restrictions should have appropriate access arrangements available. We reserve the right to assess property conditions and request additional safety measures if needed.
We cannot install systems in areas with unsafe conditions or where proper access cannot be established.
5. Booking and Service Confirmation
Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of booking request and property information. Specific installation requirements will be confirmed during the initial assessment. Additional work discovered during installation may require client approval before proceeding.
Installation duration may vary based on system complexity and property characteristics.
6. Pricing and Payment Terms
Service fees are as detailed in your installation estimate and payable according to the agreed schedule. Additional charges may apply for unforeseen installation challenges, extended configuration time, or specialised equipment. Final payment is due upon project completion unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing.
We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, debit cards, and major credit cards. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice for new services.
7. Installation and Configuration Protocols
We maintain professional installation procedures including proper equipment placement, secure mounting, and systematic configuration. While we make every effort to optimize system performance, some environmental factors may affect camera coverage and signal strength.
We maintain appropriate insurance but cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing property conditions or issues resulting from third-party modifications.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled without charge with 48 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur an assessment fee. Delays in property access of more than 1 hour may require rescheduling to maintain service quality.
We understand that circumstances change and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate genuine emergency situations with appropriate notice.
9. Equipment and Warranty
We use quality security equipment from reputable suppliers. Most equipment includes manufacturer warranties, and we provide warranty coverage on our installation workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be detailed in your service documentation.
Warranty claims require presentation of the original service invoice and may require inspection to verify the nature of the issue.
10. System Operation and Monitoring
We provide system setup and basic operation training as part of our installation service. Ongoing monitoring services, if applicable, require separate agreement and are subject to additional terms. Clients are responsible for complying with data protection regulations regarding system usage.
We provide guidance on appropriate system use but ultimate responsibility for compliance rests with the system owner.
11. Equipment and Component Usage
We use appropriate security equipment based on your property's specifications and your security requirements. While we exercise care in equipment selection, availability and compatibility considerations may influence specific product choices.
Clients should inform us of any specific equipment preferences or budget considerations before authorising installation.
12. Legal Compliance
We install systems to comply with relevant UK regulations, but ultimate responsibility for legal system operation rests with the property owner. We recommend understanding and following all data protection requirements and signage regulations for surveillance systems.
Post-installation system verification is conducted to ensure proper operation before handover to the client.
13. Liability Limitations
Our liability for installation services is limited to the service fees paid. We cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing property conditions, system limitations due to environmental factors, or issues resulting from unauthorized modifications.
We maintain appropriate insurance and follow industry best practices in all our security installation services.
14. Terms Modification
We reserve the right to update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, UK regulations, or security industry practices. The current terms are always available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
